We don’t believe in training methods that follow one-size-fits-all programming. We’ve found from training thousands of athletes that each athlete requires training unique to their physical abilities.
Every athlete that uses the Strength App System must first take an assessment test to measure their overall strength and conditioning. Based on their personal results they are provided a star based rank and a 4-week / 4-days per week personalized training program to follow.
Athletes that train 4-days per week with the Strength App Training System year-round improve in these areas.
