Feeling sore is normal. It’s important to stretch before and after workouts as well as stay hydrated and rest as needed.
You can delete your StrengthApp account through the Settings in your app under the My Profile area. At the very bottom of the screen there is a tab titled, Request Account Deletion. Please select that link and follow the instructions. You can also send us an email at: email@example.com.
