StrengthApp, powered by StrengthFarm is designed to help anyone, anywhere get stronger from the ground up and inside out. StrengthApp’s program utilizes a systematic approach and algorithm designed by a Professional Strength Coach to generate strength training plans. StrengthApp contains a combination of foundational strength training, intermediate strength exercises, and advanced strength movements paired with plyometrics, anaerobic conditioning, joint stability, and mobility exercises used by Licensed Physical Therapists around the world to build relative strength and reduce injury risk during sports and life activities.
StrengthApp, powered by StrengthFarm contains 3 programs:
• TRAIN FOR LIFE, strength training with the purpose of supporting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Whether your schedule allows for training 1x per week or 4x per week, our training plans will help you build strength, conditioning, and mobility. The goal here is to stay consistent and train with long-term goals in mind.
• SPORTS PERFORMANCE, built for the former and current athletes interested in training to build and maintain their athletic abilities. No matter which sport you participate in, our training plans will help improve your relative strength, speed, conditioning, and mobility. We built the StrengthApp Sports Performance program to help limit injury and improve your sports performance.
• TACTICAL PERFORMANCE, for military-minded personnel training to stay fit for the fight to prepare for military, police & firefighter service. Our program will help you increase your strength, improve your PT scores and give you a plan to follow from anywhere in the world.
StrengthApp, powered by StrengthFarm places emphasis on helping anyone, anywhere GET STRONGER from the ground up and inside out. Our multi-disciplinary method and patented strength training system will help you increase your strength-to-bodyweight ratio, known as relative strength. Relative strength has been shown by numerous studies to be the best indicator of durability, longevity, and injury prevention for people of all ages.

Our initial assessment is the key in building your custom training program and unlocking your full potential. In our assessment you will test your lower body strength and speed as well as your full body conditioning which will provide the StrengthApp system the data to create your custom training program.

STRENGTHAPP Score
Anyone that uses the StrengthApp system for at least 30 days will begin to get stronger.
Plank Hold
Great measure for core strength endurance, mental toughness, and full body stability. The longer an athlete can plank, the less injury prone they are.
Broad Jump
Despite the popularity of vertical jump tests, many sporting tasks require horizontal or a combination of horizontal and vertical force production. The further an athlete broad jumps relative to their height, the more explosive they are.
Relative Strength
Relative strength is how heavy athletes lift compared to their body weight. When athletes produce force greater than their body weight they are demonstrating high relative strength.

Strength
The key to developing more explosiveness and higher capacity for speed. Strength is the foundation for all athletic qualities, the stronger an athlete is relative to their own body weight, the more power potential they possess.

Speed
The most potent athletic quality that can separate elite athletes from the rest. Strength with speed and vice versa is the most effective combination for athletic dominance, together they equal power.

Conditioning
Ability to work through athletic and sports specific movements without losing power output. The better conditioning and agility athletes have in all planes of movement, the more easily they dominate at the end of their games.

Mobility
The combination of flexibility and stability, this is the most important work done to prevent injury. Every routine the StrengthApp system produces will include relevant mobility work for athletes to complete during training. Athletes that practice mobility often, become bulletproof.
